Thank you for these! Visual mediums can be helpful because seeing someone's truth (a visual difference, a conversational style) can be more convincing than words. People tend not to have the attention span for words anymore (I'm guilty of it sometimes), but I think what it comes down to is connection. I'm better at it in writing, but I do make videos from time to time.
